Jessica Simpson may be a fashion mogul, but she's still at work on her most important look yet: her wedding dress.

"It's definitely going to be beautiful," the singer, who is engaged to former NFL player Eric Johnson, tells PEOPLE. "I want it to be different from what I've had before. I have a lot of tear sheets!"

Still, Simpson – who says she'd love to have a "Carrie Bradshaw moment" trying on lots of gowns – often gravitates toward v-neck or scoop necks, which flatter her physique and help her avoid looking "top heavy."

Besides, "I like my collar bone," adds Simpson, 30. "I have a long neck, so I like to show off my décolletage."

As for the color, "I haven't really thought about it," Simpson confesses. But, "I do like the romantic feel of a lighter color."

While she focuses on her dress, Simpson's bridesmaids will be busy choosing their own ensembles. "I definitely would want all my bridesmaids to be in everything different," says the bride-to-be. "Just [to reflect] what their personalities are.”

For now, though, with so many of the plans still up in the air, Simpson doesn't even know when the nuptials will take place – or where.

"It’ll definitely be somewhere warm!" she says. "Once I get what I want my dress to look like. We'll set a date."

With her new Oxygen reality show, a famous family and millions in the bank, it seems like Paris Hilton has it all. But The World According to Paris starlet, who has been dating Las Vegas nightclub mogul Cy Waits for nearly a year, may soon have a hunky husband on her arm as well. “I can see myself marrying him. We are so happy!” Paris told In Touch about her beau at the Oxygen Upfront Presentation at Gotham Hall in New York on April 4.

Unlike her past boyfriends, Paris swears Cy sees past the glitz and glamour of her Hollywood life. “He's different. He doesn’t care about the spotlight," she added. "He loves me for me."

Thankfully, Cy has the close-knit Hilton clan’s seal of approval. “There have been a few guys Paris has dated that I have openly told her were wrong for her. But Cy is amazing,” mom Kathy told In Touch as she supported her daughter at the red-carpet event. The proposal may come sooner rather than later - Cy and Paris were recently caught ring-shopping at celebrity jewelry store Jacob & Co. in New York.

As she enjoys blockbuster sales and the strongest reviews of her career for seventh studio album Femme Fatale, Spears, 29, tells all in the new Us Weekly (out Wednesday) about finding Mr. Right in agent Trawick, 39, her boyfriend of over two years.

"We have such a great time together!" Spears tells Us exclusively. "He makes me laugh, and we are so comfortable being ourselves."

Marriage plans? "Maybe," she teases. "Never say never!"

Indeed, a family source tells Us that the blissful pair will likely wed. Trawick, after all, the source says, "was one of the only people who stuck by her through everything," including Spears' dark 2007 and early 2008 -- when she lost custody of her sons Sean, 5, and Jayden, 4, to ex Kevin Federline, and was briefly admitted to a psychiatric hospital.

"[Jason] was someone she felt she could be her true self with. [Marriage] is what they talk about and the direction they're going in," the insider says.

Whatever and whenever their nuptial plans, one thing is certain, Spears tells Us: "I've never been happier!"

Rachel Bilson and Hayden Christensen couldn't make things work.

A source tells the new issue of Us Weekly, that the Bilson and Christensen, both 29, have split -- again.

"They're done this time," a source says of the ultraprivate pair, who met in 2007 on the set of Jumper, got engaged in December 2008 and then called it off in August 2010.

Vanessa Minnillo and Nick Lachey have yet to set a wedding date — but that doesn’t mean a baby in 2011 is out of the question.

“Things happen,” Minnillo, 30, tells PEOPLE. “And if a blessing comes before the wedding then that’s exactly what it is, [a blessing].”

Since getting engaged to The Sing-Off host Nick Lachey, 36, last November, Minillo has been busy filming guest spots on 30 Rock and Hawaii 5-0, airing in February. But her work schedule won’t keep her from eventually becoming a mom.

“I would love to have children and work,” she explains. “I definitely don’t want it to slow me down. I’m always going to be, ‘Go, go, go.’ And I’m going to be pregnant, fat and happy through it all.”

Who does Minnillo look to as a role-model mom? None other than her fellow bride-to-be Reese Witherspoon.

“I think she’s amazing. She’s a strong woman who can manage her two babies and still be a talented actress as well an ambassador for her causes,” Minnillo says of Witherspoon. “She’s done it all, and she’s done it all with grace and [shown] it is possible.”

Looks like Lauren Conrad isn't joining the bridal brigade after all.

Though the The New York Post's Page Six reported that the 24-year-old MTV reality star is engaged to actor Kyle Howard, a rep for Conrad says there's no truth to the rumor.

"I will tell you exactly what I told The Post," her rep tells Us Magazine. "This is totally false."

Dating since 2008, Conrad has kept her relationship with the My Boys actor, 32, away from MTV's cameras -- which was one of the many reasons she walked away from The Hills in 2009.

"By the time I had met Kyle, I had already perfected my 'double life,'" she explained to Seventeen last year. "There was my TV life and my real life."

When Kelly Osbrourne and fiance Luke Worrall called it quits in July, rumors swirled that Worrall's infidelity led to the nasty split. Earlier this month, it was revealed that the other woman is model Elle Schneider (real name: Reynaldo Gonzalez). Another shocking revelation: Schneider, 21, was born a man and is now awaiting gender reassignment surgery.

Schneider, who spoke exclusively to Us Magazine on Jan. 24, tells Us that she was approached by model Worrall "a year and a few months ago" at an NYC club. "I didn't know that he was engaged" to Osbourne, 26, she points out.

After exchanging numbers, the duo spent the night together at Schneider's room at the Four Seasons Hotel, and she says there was no doubt that Worrall knew about her transgendered status: "He knew instantaneously when he met me that night...He was definitely not turned off by it at any point. In fact, he was turned on. He made it very obvious."

Following their rendez vous at the Four Seasons, Worrrall and Schneider lost touch. "Luke is only the second guy I've ever slept with," she adds. "And I had no idea what was going on [with Kelly]."

But in November 2010, Worrall reached out to her via Twitter, Schneider says, adding: "He told me that everything with Kelly was over." After regularly skyping each other, the two reunited for two days in London last December.

Little did she know, however, that Worrall was simultaneously trying to reconcile with Osbourne. Although his engagement to Osbourne was still off, Schneider says, "they were still trying to work things out". At least until Osbourne discovered his online messages with Schneider. (Osbourne famously went on a Twitter against her ex around that time, without specifically explaining the situation.)

"[He] immediately he told her that I was just a friend," Schneider says. "That he had nothing with me. But I guess she saw right through it. It was quite obvious through the messages that he was sending me that that was lie."

Osbourne then reached out to Schneider via Facebook. "She let me know that he had broken her heart once again because he basically cheated on her with me. They were not officially broken up; she just couldn't believe he had done this to her again."

Osbourne and Schneider have since developed unlikely friendship and have chatted "for hours," Schneider tells Us. "I gave her an idea of who I was. I was never mean, I was never doubtful so she had to say I always believed in her. And I was always there to listen when she would cry or call me. And she told me 'you know I understand what he sees in you and I respect that'. I [have] no ill intent towards her. She and I are still good friends."

As for Worrall? "I basically cut all contact with him [last] weekend," she says, explaining that she learned he was sexually involved with numerous other people. "There's no point in having him there."

So says singer/actress Sophie Monk, 31, who announced her engagement to 50-year-old American businessman Jimmy Esebag on Tuesday.

"I got engaged and I kept it quiet, so no one's heard much about him," Monk revealed during an Australian radio interview (via Sydney Morning Herald). "It feels right -- I think you know when you know."

Describing Esebag as her "soul partner," the Spring Breakdown star added that she's "marrying a male version of myself, which is dangerous but good. He's a keeper."

Emotional fireworks exploded on last night’s Season 2 premiere of Holly Madison’s E! Entertainment reality TV show Holly’s World. The platinum blond bombshell was shell shocked from all sides as she tackled Peepshow producer demands that she lose weight, former love Hugh Hefner announcing his engagement to Crystal Harris and Playmate Jayde Nicole’s bizarre takeover attempt as her Las Vegas rival.

Moments after I sat with her for the premiere screening last night at Extra Lounge at Planet Hollywood, Holly told me: “I’ll always have a place in my heart for Hef. We were together for seven years. I thought we’d get married sometime and have children. You don’t ever forget something like that! That was my dream and hope. I don’t know how I am really supposed to feel about all of it. I had a lot of different emotions and thoughts on it.

“We went through a lot together. I wanted to settle down. I thought we were headed to being exclusive and then marriage and family. I had to go to The Mansion to confront him and Crystal. This was kind of a shock! I had to film that, so it was my exact reaction and words and not distorted later elsewhere. You will see exactly what happened there next Sunday. Hef didn’t mind the cameras because he lets his life be a very open and honest book. I had to know he was all right. I was being very protective. There are many girls who would take advantage of him, and I had to know he was OK.”

Just 5 hours before the premiere, I’d talked exclusively with Holly in a wide-ranging interview. She told me: “I’m really excited for the new shows. I think it’s a way better season than the first season. Last year, you got to know us, and this year you’re seeing how we deal with life as it throws the curve balls at us. There’s no time to pre-plan anything. It’s all as it just happens even if we are not comfortable about it. It’s a lot of drama that’s very confrontational.

“It’s really dramatic. There are a lot of challenges for all of our characters, and the humor as a result is really funny. We’re still smack in the middle of shooting it, so there’s a lot more surprises to come from me. The filming runs four days a week and will continue through March.”

Five times in last night’s debut, Holly’s friends branded Jayde a bitch, and I’m reliably told that she will vanish after a few more episodes. “I really think she came into Vegas determined to take over what I had accomplished here,” Holly confided. “It really made for some serious tension. There was no need for some of her stuff. She invited Josh out on my birthday as her date and wound up making out with him -- that was seriously bad. So think of it as a fleeting appearance.”

Holly confirmed that Jayde hadn’t seen a preview of last night’s show where Laura and Josh ridicule her and the gift she sent reminding Holly of her upcoming 32nd birthday, which they promptly dumped in the garbage! Josh’s comments about the tainted gift were some of the funniest moments in last night’s high dramas.

Kaley Cuoco made a big announcement on the red carpet at Sunday's Golden Globes: The Big Bang Theory star told Ryan Seacrest she was engaged – then she took it back.

After noticing a major sparkler on her ring finger, Seacrest asked the actress if she had any happy news to share.

"I'm engaged," Cuoco, 25, said, pausing as the E! host happily congratulated her. Then, she clarified: "I'd like you to know who I'm engaged to – Chopard, the jewelry designer."

So, why was the Golden Globes presenter wearing the ring on that finger?

"It's the only finger it fit," she said. "And I said, 'I have to wear it!' And [the jewelry designer] said, 'But you can't wear it on that finger.' And I said, 'Oh, I'm wearing it!' "

And what did Cuoco's musician boyfriend Christopher French make of her choice?

"He's like, 'Do you have to wear the ring?' " she said. "I'm like, 'Yeah, I do!' "

Ryan Seacrest and Julianne Hough have been dating for less than a year, but sources close to the couple have revealed that the American Idol host has already picked out an engagement ring and is preparing to propose.

"Ryan already has the ring -- and it's a rock -- four to five carats," one source confirmed to Radar Online.

"Money was no object for Ryan... expect the Rolls Royce of engagement rings.

"He's had it for awhile and is in the process of planning the engagement. It's going to happen within the next few months or so!"

Seacrest, who met the dancer turned actress early last summer, dismissed rumors he popped the question over the holidays.

"I'm not engaged," he told People, but added "I'm very happy."

Another source close to Seacrest played coy when asked to confirm or deny the upcoming engagement.

"If Ryan was planning to propose, why would I spoil the whole surprise for him?" the insider said, but gushed about how in love the couple are.

"I don't think I've ever seen him like this over a girl before, ever... they fit together so perfectly.

"All his family adore her too, and I know his mom would be really happy to see him settle down with Julianne and work on giving her some grandchildren!"

When Hugh Hefner and Crystal Harris announced they were engaged to be married (he popped the question on Christmas), everyone wanted to know what the Playboy poobah's former girlfriend Holly Madison had to say about that.

So with that, heeeere's Holly...

"I'm very surprised," Holly exclusively told me last night of the engagement at our Comcast Entertainment Group's Television Critics Association reception.

She said, "I have a lot of different feelings on it. I don't just feel one way. I kind of didn't want to put a generic statement out there like 'Congratulations!' because I felt everyone would see through that."

As fans of the Girls Next Door know, Madison called it quits with Hef in October 2008 after he wouldn't commit to marrying her and found out he was unable to have more kids because of a low sperm count. "I expected to spend the rest of my life with her," Hefner told me at the time of the breakup.

Holly met with Hefner and Crystal yesterday at the Playboy Mansion. "I wanted to see him and Crystal and tell everybody face-to-face how I felt," she said.

Cameras from her E! reality show, Holly's World, happened to be rolling for the heart-to-heart.

"It went very well," she said. "I had a good day." She's keeping tightlipped on details because she wants to save the big reveal for—duh!—the show.

As for Holly's love life, she said she's been dating a guitarist since September. They met through a mutual friend.

"We're just keeping it very chill," she said. "He makes me very happy. He has a very good head on his shoulders. He'll be on my show, too."

Christina Aguilera's new boyfriend put a ring on it, but don't get the wrong idea.

Matt Rutler "gave [a ring] to her for her birthday," a source tells PEOPLE. "It's not an engagement ring and they're not engaged. It was a surprise gift from him."

Although the lovebirds aren't necessarily saying "I do" anytime soon, they are getting more serious. Rutler's mom has had the honor of meeting Aguilera. And Rutler was by Aguilera's side at her New Year's Eve bash, which was attended by her own mother, brother and sister.

Aguilera recently introduced Rutler to her son Max when she brought him to the Peterson Automotive Museum.

"Christina took Max on the fun outing so he could bond with Matt," a source says. "Max was initially a bit shy, but later warmed up to Matt. It seems very important to Christina that Max got along with Matt."

The source also says Rutler has been spending the majority of his time staying at Aguilera's Beverly Hills home, while the singer's ex, Jordan Bratman, is now living in a rental home nearby.

Hugh Hefner and his fiancée Crystal Harris welcome ET's Kevin Frazier into the Playboy Mansion for the dish on their wedding, their 60-year-age gap, and whether or not they plan on having kids!

Hugh and Crystal tell Kevin they're eyeing a summer wedding at the Mansion, an "intimate" ceremony with close friends and family -- "no big, blow-out affair," Hef says.

"Giving it another chance after a couple of failed marriages is an adventure, but it's something that I'm committed to," the Playboy mogul says.

But what about that big age gap between 84-year-old Hef and 24-year-old Crystal? Is it problematic? "I don't notice the age difference with Hef at all," Crystal says. "If anything I have to keep up with him."

Speaking of keeping up, Kevin's gotta wonder: Is Hugh still sexually active? "I'm doing my best. Dancin' as fast as I can," the energetic 80-something says with a smile.

Which begs the question: Does Hef want more children? "Well, we'll see. That's not part of the big plan," he says.

One thing that's not in question: Hef's love for his Playmate bride-to-be. "She's a beautiful human being inside and out; a woman with real character and humor," he says. "We're really devoted to each other. I think that the relationship is the center of both our lives."

It wasn't just that Hugh Hefner presented Crystal Harris with an engagement ring on Christmas Eve – it was how he did it that impressed her.

"We were up in the bedroom," Harris, 24, tells PEOPLE, "and my favorite movie is The Little Mermaid, so he had the ring in a Little Mermaid box, and that was so special. I opened it and the first thing he said to me was, 'I hope it fits!' "

Adds Hefner, 84, "I got her a little music box with the Mermaid theme to it, and it just looked like the perfect size and the perfect place to be the ring box. So when she started unwrapping that gift, I reached over and wound it so it was playing music while she discovered what was inside."

Although she cried with happiness, Harris says, "There wasn't any 'down-on-one-knee' or anything like that, because we are not traditional."

The ring is a circle diamond "a little over three karats," says Harris, "and it's on platinum setting and it has diamonds all around the band as well. It's so pretty."

In their first interview since becoming engaged, Playboy founder Hugh Hefner and his gorgeous Playmate fiancee Crystal Harris spoke exclusively to Radar Online about the proposal and revealed that the ring didn’t fit!

"It couldn't have happened in a more loving way," Hef, 84, said about the Christmas Eve proposal.

Crystal said she knew she was getting a ring because one of Hef’s staffers helped her figure out what kind of diamond she wanted, but she was still surprised when he finally presented it to her.

"I love the Little Mermaid and Hef gave me a Little Mermaid music box and he wound it up and when I opened it the ring was in a box inside. I cried!"

"There was no down on one knee; we don’t follow traditions like that. When I opened the box Hef said ‘I hope it fits,’ but it was too big! I had to get it re-sized!"

The happy pair hasn’t set a date yet but Hef told Radar Online that the wedding might become a reality show.

"The wedding will definitely be at the Mansion," Crystal revealed. As for her dress? "I would love to design my own dress."

Hefner told Radar Online that he isn't going to go wild before the wedding, but admitted that he has had a charmed life. "I've been having my bachelor party for the last 50 years."

Crystal said that they have the full support of his children. "I love Hef’s sons, they’re great and they’re really happy about the engagement."

According to Crystal, she and Hef aren’t planning to have any children. "I’ve always said I don’t want kids, just animals and there are plenty around here."

Crystal mused on what she loves most about her new fiancé. "He is the nicest person I’ve ever met in my whole life. He is one of the best influences on me and I love him."

Hef spoke fondly about Crystal. "Her personality and her character are what I love. She's very upbeat and a loving person and doesn't tend to have moods. She is always looking on the bright side. She's not petty, she has good character and is down to earth.

"This is the final act for me and the best," Hef said about his engagement and upcoming marriage to Crystal.

Is he or isn't he? Ryan Seacrest -- the hardest working man in show biz -- said Thursday on Good Morning America that no, he is not engaged to dancer-turned-actress Julianne Hough.

Seacrest appeared on GMA to promote his upcoming hosting duties on Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve special, but at the end of the interview, anchors Bill Weir and Robin Roberts couldn't help but ask the 'are ya getting hitched' question.

Seacrest coyly said he'd have "breaking news after the break" -- an ode to how he teases audiences on American Idol during the results show, but he then added, "I'm not engaged.. but very happy."

Seacrest, 36, and Hough, 22 have quietly dated for a couple of months now.

Hugh Hefner rang in the holidays with an engagement ring.

The Playboy founder is engaged to girlfriend Crystal Harris, 24, he announced on Twitter.

"After the movie tonight, Crystal & I exchanged gifts. I gave Crystal a ring. A truly memorable Christmas Eve," Hefner, 84, wrote. "When I gave Crystal the ring, she burst into tears. This is the happiest Christmas weekend in memory."

Later, he clarified, "Yes, the ring I gave Crystal is an engagement ring. I didn't mean to make a mystery out of it. A very merry Christmas to all."

This will be the third marriage for Hefner. In 2009 he filed for divorce from his second wife, former Playmate Kimberly Conrad, after the two separated in 1998. He was previously married to Mildred Williams; their marriage ended in divorced in 1959.

Jessica Simpson's fiance Eric Johnson was super-sneaky planning his Nov. 11 proposal.

As Simpson, 30, explained during a Tuesday appearance on the Jimmy Fallon Show, Johnson, 31, was in cahoots with her parents Joe and Tina and her little sister Ashlee Simpson-Wentz about the impending moment.

"He had talked to my dad, he had talked to my mom, he even talked to my sister. Everybody knew but me!" Simpson said, adding her family kept the secret "for about three weeks."

As for her $150,000 ring? "He kept the ring hidden in a shoe at my house," the star said of the Neil Lane bauble, a 5-carat ruby (Simpson's birthstone) flanked by 3-carat diamonds.

When he finally popped the question, "It was at my house," Simpson said. "It was romantic that he actually asked me at my house, because that's my little safe haven."

The star will be spending Thanksgiving in NYC with her hubby-to-be -- and, for the first time, the native Texan will be doing it vegan style to please her health-conscious man.

"For Thanksgiving we have to make a Tofurkey!" Simpson said. "It doesn't sound right! It's gonna be jiggly and weird."
