Reality TV star Paris Hilton visited The Grove to chat with "Extra" host Mario Lopez about her new Oxygen show, BFF Brooke Mueller -- and boyfriend, Cy Waits.

It's been 11 months, so almost a year together. I'm so happy," gushed Hilton about Waits. "He's such an incredible person and makes me feel so safe."

Hilton has a new reality show, "The World According to Paris," premiering on Oxygen this spring, in which she hangs out with family friend Brooke Mueller, Charlie Sheen's ex wife. Paris said she's been talking to Mueller and says "she's doing good."

The socialite also recently turned 30. Lopez asked her what 30-year-old Paris would tell 20-year-old Paris. "Just not to trust certain people and to make better decisions sometimes," she said.

Love is in the air for Paris Hilton who has revealed her plans to marry boyfriend, Cy Waits.

"It's really serious and I'm so happy," she told Ryan Seacrest when asked how her relationship with her beau was going. "He is an incredible person and I'm so lucky. Things have never been better in my life. I'm in a great place."

And when the KIIS Fm radio host asked her if she thought Waits was going to propose, she said; "I'm sure. Yeah. We love each other very much so we will see what happens."

Hilton - who is celebrating her 30th birthday today - received a $375k Lexus LFA sports car from Waits for her big day.

But the reality star admits the yellow version wasn't the real one she will be driving around Beverly Hills.

"The yellow was a joke," she said. "At first he pulled up the yellow one and I was laughing, like, are you serious? Then they pulled up the white one which was the real one."

Hilton - who has been dating Waits since August 2010 - is currently filming her own reality show, The World According To Paris which is set to air on the Oxygen network.

After a self-imposed exile, Paris Hilton, 29, is ready to return to TV on Oxygen’s new show The World According To Paris, set to premiere in spring. Hollywood Life spoke to Paris on the red carpet at an NBC Universal party Jan. 13 about her newest reality venture, and she was eager to dish about her life.

“I’ve just really been trying to lay low,” Paris said. “I’m getting ready for the show and saving it all for when it comes out. Ive been working a lot and traveling and not going out like I used to.”

The show will be a total-access look into the world’s most famous celebutante, even focusing on her relationship with Cy Waits. Paris told us, “He’s really camera shy, so he wasn’t really wild about the idea in the beginning, but he loves me so much he’ll do anything for me!”

Paris’ main goal during the show was to prove to America she is more than a pretty face with a stack of money.

“On The Simple Life I was playing a character that I sort of invented,” Paris said. “I didn’t realize the show would last five seasons, so I had to continue doing that. People assume that’s really how I am in real life, but when I’m with my friends or my family, that’s when I feel most comfortable. This show really shows the real Paris.”
